Job Description

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Handle accounting tasks including AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Update and maintain financial records in the accounting system (SQL)
  • Liaison with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing financial report as required
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of records
  • Stay updated with LHDN e-Invoicing and related compliance matters.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum qualification : Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL)
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
