Job Description
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Handle accounting tasks including AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Update and maintain financial records in the accounting system (SQL)
- Liaison with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in preparing financial report as required
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of records
- Stay updated with LHDN e-Invoicing and related compliance matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification : Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL)
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
