**About The Role**
We’re looking for a strong **Commercial** **Account Associate, Complex Risks** to support our Commercial Lines Insurance accounts in Toronto. This role involves working closely with the Assistance Vice President, Complex Risks Unit and requires someone who is responsive, strong time management skills and good knowledge of property and casualty experience. This is an ideal role for someone with strong technical and systems experience.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Manage commercial client accounts, including renewals, policy documentation, submissions, binders, certificates, and invoicing.
+ Maintain accurate digital and physical client files in compliance with HUB standards and broker management systems.
+ Support clients by responding to inquiries, preparing renewal packages, and participating in client meetings.
