  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the email, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Handle Bank Reconciliation.
  • Ability to meet account deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent computer literacy particularly in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge in various accounting and payroll software is an advantage.
