About the role
As an Account Assistant at Pullman Kuching, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of this renowned hotel located in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time position will see you supporting the accounting team in a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel's financial activities.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and record-keeping
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts on a regular basis
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any financial discrepancies
