- Preparing payment vouchers and key in expenses
- Handle part payroll-related tasks
- Manage staff and boss claims (organising and data entry)
- Office ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Proficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders
- Able to work well with team members and under supervision
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
