Responsibilities

  • Preparing payment vouchers and key in expenses
  • Handle part payroll-related tasks
  • Manage staff and boss claims (organising and data entry)
  • Office ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Proficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders
  • Able to work well with team members and under supervision
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
