Job Description
Account & Admin Assistant
- No experience required (training will be provided)
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance is welcome
- Interest in accounting and administration
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and calculations
- Able to use computers (basic Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Able to learn to use accounting systems (e.g. SQL – will be taught)
- Prepare basic documents such as invoices, receipts and vouchers
- Assist in data entry work
- Manage company files, documents and records
- Responsible, honest and disciplined
- Meticulous, neat and organized
- Have good communication skills
- Can work independently and in a team
- Willing to accept instructions and learn new things
Additional Info :
- Office hour from 8AM to 5PM (Monday – Friday)
