Accommodation Supervisor

We are looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to work closely with our Accommodation Manager to ensure the highest quality of room standards for our guests. You will work to ensure the smooth and efficient supervision of the Accommodation department - its rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas and toilets, presenting a clean and fresh environment to approved standard for the guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

To report for duty on time and in the correct uniform.

To supervise and check rooms ensuring high standards are being maintained at all times, in compliance with all relevant guidelines and recommendations

To carry out periodic duties such as spot cleaning when required.

To carry out extra duties as notified to you each day.

To carry out our Customer Relations policy.

To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required.
