We are presently recruiting for an experienced Accommodation Supervisor, for one of our clients, a well-established Business in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

The Accommodation Supervisor will join a team of enthusiastic people dedicated to delivering an exceptionally high standard of service to our guests. The successful candidate will report to the accommodation manager.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor standard of work within the Accommodation Department, ensuring the highest quality.

  • To oversee and check bedrooms, cottages, villas, and public areas daily to ensure they are to the required AA 5 red star standard for our guests.

  • Lead and direct the team of accommodation assistants and organise the team duties daily.

  • To ensure all departmental checklists are completed and checked daily by supervisor before going off duty.

  • Be part of the training and coaching of all team members.
