Red Chair Recruitment are seeking an organised and people-focused Accommodation Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a large residential complex in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As Accommodation Manager you’ll ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents while keeping operations smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities of an Accommodation Manager:

  • Manage occupancy, check-ins/outs, and resident queries

  • Oversee health, safety, and building compliance

  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and contractors

  • Supervise staff and ensure high service standards

  • Support students, resolve issues, and foster community

    • Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as an Accommodation Manager or in property/hospitality management.

  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
