Excel Recruitment are searching for an Accommodation Manager for a Four Star hotel in Galway.

We are seeking applications from experienced Accommodation Managers and Assistant Accommodation Managers for one of our clients in Galway city.

Requirements of Accommodation Manager:

  • Minimum 2 years experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level in a four or five star property

  • In-depth understanding of the complexities of managing a busy accommodation department and proven track record of ability to lead, train and delegate a team of staff

  • Excellent communication skills, to ensure all rooms are maintained at the highest level of quality for discerning guests

  • Strong IT skills

  • Attention to detail and a passion for excellence
