About the Role
The Accommodation Coordinator will be responsible for processing referrals for ex-offenders leaving prison, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accommodation requests. The role involves reviewing referrals, drafting and issuing correspondence, and maintaining regular communication via email with internal teams and external partners. You will work confidently across Microsoft platforms to update records, manage bed-space reports, and handle sensitive data in line with information‑sharing and confidentiality requirements.
