CASBA Advocacy, Access to Work Support Worker

CASBA is seeking an experienced and highly organised Access to Work Support Worker to join our team. You will provide empowering person‑centred support to two valued staff members – one as Project Officer on our Pregnancy to Parenthood project and the other in her role as Co‑Chair of LINK 26UP.

Job Title: Access to Work Support Worker
Location: On site only at Selly Oak, Birmingham, UK
Job Type: Fixed‑Term, until 30 September 2026, possible extension dependent on funding
Hours: 4 hours per week until September 2026, with possible extension to March 2027 on 2 or 4 hours per week, funding dependent.
Salary range: £12.71 - £13.45 per hour
