Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Access Control Network Technician who can confidently handle a variety of field tasks across access control, structured cabling, and basic networking. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician who can work independently, maintain quality, and take ownership of smaller scopes on-site.

Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Complete access control field device installations (readers, strikes, maglocks, REX, door contacts)
  • Perform suite rough-in and device plating in multi-residential environments
  • Install, terminate, and test E-Com (emergency communication) systems
  • Run, terminate, and test copper cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)
  • Pull, terminate, and test fiber optic cabling
