You Are
As the Amazon Connect Developer , you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development of our CCaaS solution, and contributing hands‑on to critical aspects of our infrastructure and codebase. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers, conducting daily stand‑ups and team meetings
- Review and approve merge requests in GitLab, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Create and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Create and update Amazon Connect contact flow and flow modules
- Develop Lambda functions and associated code in Python
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and other AWS services
