Gwinnett County is seeking an experienced Accela Administrator/Developer to support the design, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of the County’s Accela platform. This role is critical to enabling efficient delivery of permitting, licensing, and inspection services to residents, businesses, and internal departments. The position will focus on enhancing system functionality through automation, EMSE scripting, and API integrations, while ensuring seamless connectivity with enterprise systems such as financial platforms, GIS, and communication tools. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a strong understanding of government operations to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
