Responsibilities

  • Support Marketplace seller payout within given SLA, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies and statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with experience team, finance, and operations teams to resolve seller-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Support coordination with banks, Cross‑Border Team, AIDC and other internal and external parties for deposits, payments, adjustments and reconciliations.
