Academic Program Officer

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director (Operations and Academic Programs), the Academic Program Officer supports academic program administration operations and its transformation within Teaching and Academic Programs through project management, effective communication, and integrated planning among staff supporting this area in TAP and within Faculties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administration and transformation of work on academic programs within the unit to ensure planning is integrated with the strategic direction of the University.
• Follow up on academic program decisions and act as direct liaison with stakeholders within TAP, McGill, and externally.
• Develop and review processes and procedures to ensure they are in compliance with University guidelines and streamline and improve processes related to work documents.
