Join our Crash Course Centre as an Academic Mentor Trainee, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of students during their most intensive learning periods. This internship offers a structured path for aspiring educators and counselors to gain hands-on experience in student psychology, academic operations, and educational leadership.
Under the guidance of senior faculty, you will help students navigate high-pressure crash courses by providing the motivation and structure they need to excel.

Student Success & Mentorship: Guide students through study planning and time management techniques tailored for fast-paced crash courses.
Performance Monitoring: Track attendance and academic progress; identify students who are falling behind and work with senior mentors to implement improvement strategies.
