Academic Mentor Trainee

Role Overview

As an Academic Mentor Trainee, you will receive hands-on training while supporting student success within our Crash Course Centre. This internship is designed to groom aspiring academic mentors by providing practical exposure to student guidance, academic coordination, performance tracking, and administrative support in a flexible and supportive work culture.

You will work closely with students attending short-term and intensive crash courses, helping them stay focused, motivated, and academically aligned during high-pressure learning periods.

Roles and Responsibilities

Student Mentorship Support:

Assist students enrolled in crash courses with study planning, time management, and adapting to intensive academic schedules.

Crash Course Student Support:

Provide continuous academic and motivational support to students attending crash courses, ensuring engagement, discipline, and consistency throughout the program.
