Role Description: The Academic manager – Math (Grade 6 and above) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Academic manager will train teachers, conduct regular classroom observations, support teachers with lesson planning, and provide ongoing academic coaching and training in math pedagogy.

The role includes analyzing student performance data, identifying learning gaps, and implementing strategies to improve outcomes across schools. The Academic Lead will also collaborate with school leaders and the central academic team to drive innovation in math teaching, support program scale-up, and maintain consistent academic quality.
