Responsibilities

• Oversee daily academy operations (schedules, classrooms, teachers, etc.)
• Motivate and lead the teaching team
• Ensure high-quality teaching & student satisfaction
• Support teachers and students, including covering classes if needed
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help promote the academy to corporate & institutional clients
• Assist in product development & marketing strategies
• Participate in recruitment & training
