To provide a full range of administrative support, ensuring an excellent administrative function to the academic department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Administration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Customer enquiries are distributed and handled professionally and efficiently.
Professional support is provided as required.
Office resources (stationery) are adequately maintained.
Process internal and external mail efficiently in the Academic Department.
Accurate data entry and processing across the Academic systems.
All requests for documentation, spread sheets, and databases are met in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain office filing and storage.
Keep filing / document management system for electronic and paper documentation organized.
Prepare documentation and photocopies.
