Position Overview

Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) invites applications for the 12‑month, full‑time faculty position of Respiratory Care Program Director (PD). The role oversees all administrative and educational aspects of the Respiratory Care Program, leading faculty, curriculum, budget, accreditation, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality of the Respiratory Care Program.
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified instructors.
• Develop, update, and review respiratory care curriculum.
• Maintain program assessment and accreditation standards.
• Manage departmental budget and resources.
