Key Responsibilities :- Student Enrollment & Lead Management Generate, qualify, and convert leads through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins. Conduct counseling sessions to guide prospective students regarding courses and career paths. Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a structured sales funnel. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Develop partnerships with colleges, and educational consultants. Organize campus drives, seminars, and workshops in collaboration with partners. Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
