  • Providing training in curriculum implementation
  • Conducting center visits for operational support
  • Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers
  • Orientation programs for parents and teachers
  • Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
  • Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned
  • Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centers
  • To maintain centers as per LMEPL norms


Desired Skills

  • Excellent command over English
  • Should be familiar with the preschool industry
  • Preschool Franchising knowledge, an added advantage
  • The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a month
  • Well versed with early childhood curriculum
