Academic Coordinator in Kids&Us Getxo/Algorta

Role Overview

We look for a very responsible and organised person who loves being surrounded by kids and is motivated to work as a part of a team following our Kids&Us Method. We search for someone who can be a team leader helping our team of teachers to do their job to their best.

Responsibilities

This person will be in charge of:

• Dealing with families and kids (explaining to families how we work)
• Commercial tasks to explain Kids&Us Method in different contexts
• Making sure we fulfil the Kids&Us Method in each one of the stages of age
• Helping kids and teachers in everyday situations
• Having a nice, direct and honest relationship with the families of the school with the follow up of the students, so that families are updated on the process of learning of their kids
• Training new members of the team in our Kids&Us Method
