Position Overview

We are currently hiring two full-time Academic Advisors who will play a key role in supporting students and families from enrollment through academic success. This position combines academic planning, progress monitoring, student support, and administrative coordination. It is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an outstanding experience for students and their families.

Responsibilities

• Guide new families through the enrollment process and onboarding
• Provide ongoing academic advising and personalized learning support for students in Grades 3–8
• Develop, implement, and track individual learning plans aligned with student goals and the Ontario curriculum
• Monitor student performance and proactively communicate progress with families
