A/C Applications Engineer

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors, controls, and accessories) to AC OEMs including but not limited to product selection.
• Engineering support to new product implementations and engineering changes.
• Production line support for pilot runs and standard production.
• Warranty administration.
• Sample coordination (undefined).
• Proactively interact with cross‑functional teams including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and Operations.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and Copeland’s product engineering, development team, and lab personnel.
• Develop application profiles.
• Customer training and develop, translate or adapt product application bulletins.
• Represent Copeland at industry forums and conferences.
