Role Overview

As an Area Business Head, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end offline lead generation and business growth across your assigned area (cluster of cities/regions within a state). You will lead field outreach initiatives, manage team performance, and build strong relationships with educational institutions and partners. This is a high-impact, field-driven B2B2C role requiring strong execution, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

What will you be doing?

 Own the performance and growth of your assigned area, managing a team of 2–3 Managers and 8–15 Executives

 Plan and execute area-level outreach strategies for 12th-grade schools and colleges to drive awareness and student acquisition

 Identify and connect with decision-makers (DMs) in institutions, deliver presentations, and close partnerships for student demos
