Job Responsibilities
- Manage onsite Design and Product Engineering team – This position will have onsite Mechanical / Electrical Design Engineers and Product Engineers (Mechanical / Electrical / Controls) reporting into it.
- Expected team size: 40+ Engineers.
- Provide guidance to the team (technical / non-technical) as required.
- Develop plan and lead skill building / skill enhancement activities of the team. Create training material and impart training.
- Review monthly report and timesheets from team members, leave management, provide data for financial activities.
- Seek periodic customer feedback about onsite engineers and take necessary actions.
- Employee Engagement, Proactive employee connect (formal / informal)
- Support Recruitment Activities for Design and Product Engineering functions – Understanding of JD, Screening of Profiles, Conducting Technical Interviews/Tests, Preparation of profiles for su...
