The Role:

The Site Security Manager is accountable for the execution and continuous improvement of physical security operations at the Moderna Laval Manufacturing Site, encompassing production areas, warehouse and logistics operations, and laboratory environments. This role manages site-level security programs to protect employees, visitors, assets, and facilities; leads security personnel and vendors; and ensures security practices enable safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.

Operating with moderate autonomy, the Site Security Manager applies established security frameworks and Moderna policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment in addressing operational, safety, and security risks. The role partners closely with Facilities, EHS, HR, and Digital to support site business objectives and enterprise standards.
