Job Description

Reporting to: Principal Technical Support Engineer.

The Service Engineering Engineer supports the Agile teams of the UPS product lines in Quartino by ensuring that Engineering Change Notices (ECN) consider serviceability and that service implementation is executed effectively. This role contributes to the Global Service Engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing new ECN for potential impact on service.
  • Maintaining a tracker for ECN potentially affecting service.
  • Running meetings where service stakeholders discuss ECN impact and suggest changes to the change leaders.
  • Tracking updates to the ECN based on service stakeholder consensus and approving acceptable ECN.
