Company who's activity consists in technical realization of events is looking for someone to cover their vacant of Rigging Project Manager in full-time (40 h) and hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days in home office. Obligatory office day: Tuesday).

Main responsibilities:

Maintain the shared mailbox of rigging.
Answer clients within 24 hours on their requests.
Insert clients request in mo2 and BCAD.
Find a technical solution for solving the request.
Prepare the Drawing and send the quote to the client.
Call clients to request missing information or speed up the process.
Transfer the order information to BackStore from Fira Barcelona.
Record the actual status by Defcons in mo2.
