6 - Senior Budget & Reporting Coordinator

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig

Work Schedule: 6AM - 3PM

Work Set-Up: Temporary Onsite

The role of the Budget & Reporting Finance Analyst is to provide administrative and systems support to the Budget Team and cost centre managers in the preparation of all budgets, plans and forecasts and to ensure divisional submissions are received in a timely manner so that budgets, plans and forecasts are completed within the required timeframes as well as contribute to strengthening of financial controls through.

Essential Duties

• Provide high levels of customer service by fulfilling information and work requests completely, accurately and in a timely manner.

• Create goodwill between Finance & Accounting and its internal customers by maintaining a good working relationship and acting professionally at all times.• Assist / prepare meaningful reports for local management and provide ad-hoc reports were requested.
