Job Description

  • Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of SIT Convocation ceremonies, including logistics arrangements and on-site event support
  • Assist in the administration of awards, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and respond to enquiries via email and phone professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to facilitate smooth day-to-day activities of the Registrar’s Office
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support operational requirements
