9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday

Responsibilities
  • Assist in counter duties (seated at the counter) – this is based on office environment (not branches)
  • To attend to courier delivery/pickup at counter.
    Photocopy incoming courier for filing (proof of receipt by Admin Team and also staff acknowledgement of receipt)
  • Filing and archival of documents of cancelled closed accounts
  • Checking and update of insurance related notices into system
  • Other general admin duties e.g. consolidation of reports, statistics, typing and UAT.
  • To support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks when required
Requirements
  • Min A Level/ Nitec/Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
