Job Description:

. Conduct bakery and snack application trials in laboratory and pilot plant environments. Prepare formulations, ingredients, and samples for testing and evaluation.

. Independently prepare and bake products such as bread, cakes, cookies, crackers, and other baked goods for application testing and product evaluation.

. Record trial observations, collect experimental data, analyze data, and prepare basic technical reports and share with team members and project managers.

. Support product evaluations, customer sample preparation, and project activities as required.

. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, manage ingredients and sample, and comply with all laboratory and safety requirements.
