Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely assessment of health claims
  • Perform claims statistics and reporting
  • Responsible for daily health claims assessment day & operational duties
  • Ensure timely settlement and follow up of claims
  • Ensure complaints are managed effectively and timely
  • Assist on providing or supporting training on claims and resolution of customer complaints
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance sector
