Job Responsibilities:

Role 1:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service requests

Role 2:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Introduce products, services, and promotional campaigns
  • Prepare simple reports and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Role 3:

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • N level/Nitec/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
