Job Responsibilities

Lead and implement 5S Rollout across the shop floor

Drive workplace organization, visual management, and housekeeping standards

Identify and implement Quick Quality Improvement Initiatives

Drive Productivity Improvement Projects and Process Optimization

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance Teams

Monitor implementation progress and sustain 5S practices

Conduct audits and ensure compliance with operational standards
