Job Description

Overview

  • 5+ years experience as a Systems Analyst
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system/business rules
  • Experience with testing, integration, and deployment of IT solutions
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboards using Microsoft technologies (Power BI)
  • Experience creating and managing data sources (SharePoint Lists, NoSQL databases)
  • Experience using enterprise service management tools (e.g., Remedy) and managing tickets/CMDB
  • Experience developing SCORM-based e-learning using Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline and supporting LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle)
  • Experience working in emergency health services or other 24x7 critical environments
