Fancourt, South Africa’s premier golfing, leisure and lifestyle destination in George, seeks a Sous Chef to assist with floor management and control of culinary areas within the F&B department. You will develop 5* product offerings for all hotel outlets and restaurants, while maintaining cost-effective food production and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will hold a 3-year Chefs Diploma with at least 6 years of culinary experience, including 3 years as Sous Chef in a 5* environment.
