5 php pages with mysql

I am looking for a skilled developer who is fluent in PHP & MYSQL to create some PHP pages for a small non-profit charity project I am working on
I know this is possible with Wordpress, and other CRM software but I don't want to install Wordpress and then have to maintain it, as its way more bloat than what I need.
I also don't want any frameworks like Laravel
I want to keep this as simple and efficient as possible, just PHP/MySQL
What I would like to receive from you:
Zip file or Google Drive/One Drive link where I would download a zip file containing:
php pages, html/css pages
text file with MySQL schema required
I would then upload the files to the server and test
This small website would be running on a Ubuntu 24.04 server, with Apache2 & PHP
Database content would be in MariaDB
