We are currently recruiting for a 4th Year Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team.


Working under the stewardship of Head Chef Jonathan Sadlier, this role will play a key part in the culinary output of our 4 Star Castle Hotel. We have a thriving All Day Dining and Restaurant trade and are also a very busy Wedding Destination. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our already strong reputation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in preparation and service
  • Gain experience across all sections of the kitchen
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of your workstation
  • Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times
  • Support the team during busy restaurant and wedding service
