Key Responsibilities

  • Technical skills: maintain, repair and set up a variety of Agricultural Equipment
  • Safety: Adhering to safety protocols, wearing PPE, and maintaining a safe workspace.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy items (sometimes 75lbs), bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.
  • Communication: Good listening skills, clear verbal communication to follow directions and computer skills.
