Position Summary

Joseph's Bakery is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Assurance team on 3rd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring food safety and product quality throughout the manufacturing process, conducting inspections and audits, calibrating equipment, and ensuring compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
