3rd Shift Paint Supervisor

Job Description Provide technical oversight for all paint department operations, ensuring adherence to process parameters and quality standards. Support day‐to‐day paint line performance by analyzing data, identifying root causes of process issues, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper function, calibration, and preventive maintenance of paint equipment. Assist in troubleshooting and process optimization of automated paint systems, robots, and related equipment. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to paint quality, uptime, and efficiency; drive improvement initiatives as needed. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards including ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. Participate in continuous improvement activities, including lean manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen events, and error‐proofing projects.
