Job Description

Advance Services is seeking a 3rd Shift Welder for a company in Hastings. Employees will enjoy a safe work environment, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay!


Duties include:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
  
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
  
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  
• Assist with other fabrication and production duties as needed.
