Join a dedicated healthcare team as a 3rd Class Operating Engineer, operating vital systems including boilers, chillers, and HVAC. Your expertise will ensure smooth power plant operations in our hospital environment.
You will operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and HVAC control systems while diagnosing issues and conducting repairs in the hospital’s power plant. Your role includes routine maintenance of various mechanical equipment and responding to emergency calls related to building systems. Your hands-on experience in power plant operations will be critical in ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate boilers and HVAC systems efficiently
• Perform maintenance on chillers, pumps, and HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot major/minor repairs on air conditioning units
• Maintain preventive maintenance and housekeeping in mechanical rooms
• Respond to emergencies and staff requests for adjustments
