Job Description

Big Chill Distribution is seeking a 3PL AM Supervisor at our Auckland Branch to lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations in a chilled and frozen environment, ensuring safe, accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch while delivering excellent service to customers.

You will coach and manage a small team, monitor productivity and inventory, maintain Health & Safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
